We have prepared Berlioz41 so that, from the moment you arrive, you can feel comfortable and enjoy your stay without complications.

Our home is a townhouse spread over two levels, located in a peaceful area of Torremolinos, near Playamar and well connected to Málaga Airport, Málaga city and other points along the Costa del Sol.

We wanted to create a practical, welcoming and easy-to-enjoy space, whether you are coming to unwind for a few days or looking for a quieter place for work or a business stay. The property features two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a private patio designed for relaxing, reading or simply enjoying the moment at your own pace.

Natural light, the calm atmosphere and the proximity to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, transport and sports facilities make everything feel convenient from the very beginning.

We like to take care of the details so that, when you arrive, you feel that everything is ready for you: an easy arrival, a welcoming space and a stay that flows naturally.

The property is located in a quiet residential area, so a respectful attitude throughout your stay is appreciated.

The private patio is mainly intended for relaxing, reading or enjoying a calm moment, rather than for meals or gatherings.

The pool is communal, seasonal and subject to the community rules. Access is via a smart lock, allowing for a flexible and autonomous arrival.

For convenience, having a car is not essential during your stay, although it can be useful for getting around the area more freely.

Getting around

Getting around from the property is simple and convenient. Its location provides quick access to Málaga Airport, as well as Torremolinos town centre and nearby areas such as Benalmádena and Fuengirola. It benefits from good road connections, with easy access to the Málaga–Cádiz national road, making it easy to move around the area. Public transport is also readily available, and the beach, sports facilities, supermarkets and restaurants are just a few minutes away. A well-connected setting, designed so you can move around comfortably without giving up a sense of calm.

Neighborhood

The property is located in a quiet residential area, ideal for rest and unwinding, while still having everything close at hand.

Just a few minutes away, you’ll find Los Álamos and Playamar beaches, with their seafront promenade, beach bars and relaxed atmosphere. Nearby, you also have sports facilities such as La Colina Padel Club and the Miguel Ángel Jiménez Golf Academy. In addition, right next to the property, just across the street, there is a municipal basketball and football court, well integrated into the surroundings and generally used in a very quiet way.
