📝 Acceptance By making a reservation, the guest accepts the house rules and these terms and conditions.

👥 Reservation:

The stay is personal and non-transferable, limited to the guests registered in the booking.

⏰ Schedule:

Check-in and check-out times must be respected as indicated in the reservation.

🔐 Access:

Access to the property is provided via a self check-in system. Instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

⚠️ Responsibility:

The guest is responsible for any damage caused during the stay.

❌ Breach of conditions:

Failure to comply with the house rules or these conditions may result in cancellation of the stay without refund.

📌 Platform conditions:

Payment, cancellation and modification policies are those established at the time of booking through the corresponding platform.

💳 Security Deposit:

The reservation requires a €300 security deposit through a bank pre-authorization managed by a secure third-party platform.

The pre-authorization does not represent an immediate charge, but a temporary hold intended exclusively to cover possible damages, breaches of house rules, or exceptional incidents related to the reservation.

In the absence of incidents, the deposit will be automatically released after check-out and inspection of the accommodation.

No charge will be made without reasonable and documented justification.
